Yuck ;(
I just ate some Halloween candy and I feel gross. I write this down to help me remember that we are what we eat. I just ate some crap and now I feel like crap! It wasn't worth it!
Since I've been doing really good about exercising and getting enough sleep, I am totally noticing how good doing those two things makes my body feel. Even when I only eat when hungry if I eat way too much food it makes my body feel gross too. So naturally I find myself stopping eating before I get too full so that my body doesn't feel yucky. It feels good to feel good. Good job paying attention to how food makes your body feel and not how it makes your emotions feel!
